Hi all -
thought our runabout's name was the Thames... if that's changed, okie-dokie, but was just curious... unless we have 2 and PO Koester sent me on a wild goose chase to break me in lol _________________

lol I was about to ask the same question. Seems we have a couple of discrepancies. What is the Runabouts name? What is the Star Date? And are we using Ma'am and Sir? or are we using the generalized Sir for all officers per the original series? So far ive followed the captains lead for names and dates because...well he is the Captain. Just hoping everyone is on the same page. |

Okay, let me try to take these one at a time.

The Hartington has two Danube-class Runabouts assigned to it. The Columbia and the Willamette. I'm not sure where you got the info on their names but here you have it from me.
Considering I only named one of them before I can see why Mr Koester may have given you the wrong name, just to have thrown one out there. Sorry about that it's my fault for not having given the info out before.

It is currently Stardate 53772.5
In our calendar this correlates to Saturday, October 09, 2376 .

It is up to each officer to decide for themselves how they wish to be addressed. If you have a question about it, I recommend sending a Private Message to the officer in question about their form of address. I know we have two female Officers, if they'd like to weigh in on this issue I'd be very appreciative. _________________

As a female officer... Counselor works for me, or if you slip on that, Sir is prefered. Ma'am just makes me feel like an old bitty. |

man, a counselor that can read your thoughts is NOT somebody I would want to be on the bad side of. |

well, as a Romulan secret agent, well versed in Romulan interrogation techniques and trained for 8 years to imitate a vulcan through certain of their mind disciplines, I think she's going to have a great time trying to figure me out! LOL |

just remember, wether or not I can read your thoughts... it's never a good idea to be on the bad side of a stubborn Betazoid.... let alone the bad side of most any woman. We're vindictive creatures by nature, and those of us that can hold a grudge... whew... the damage we can do! Especially a mentally adept woman who's temper tends to explode lights or knock things off shelves. Always fun.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned..... or really pissed off!
In reality though, I do enjoy a good gibe now and again... keeps me from being to serious. |
