I'd like the take a moment to recognize two of our crew that have done a whole lot for this Simulation. Without these two people, I don't think that we'd be here playing this game... or if we were playing it would most likely be a very different game than it currently is.

Lieutenant Commander Davynn Qech and Lieutenant Arjim Calodan.

Commander Qech, my real world wife, is a damn fine artist, she's created many of the pieces of art we had placed on the first Hartington website including most of the Award icons, the Hartington's Dedication Plaque, Starfleet Academy Degrees and a pretty rocking portrait of her character. She's agreed to continue providing art, as time permits, to the new Sim's site, Task Force Gamma's forthcoming site and the Hartington's site. I'm personally looking forward to a map she and I are designing. Thank you for everything you do, Commander.

Lieutenant Calodan is solely responsible for taking us from the old wetpaint wiki site we had to the SMS site the Hartington is currently using. He's our web guru, a savant of Star Trek and a pretty nice guy for doing, basically his real life job for free for a bunch of Trekkies like him. Keep an eye out for his next piece of work, the Task Force Gamma Fleet Website. Thank you my friend.

Let's hear it for these two heroes of the Sim. I can't imagine this place without them.

*blushes deeply* Aww... Thanks. You didn't have to do that. *cheers heartily for Calodan, like a British person at an award ceremony*

*takes a bow*

This sort of stuff may be my job, but Trek is a passion. I love doing this sort of nerdy, techie stuff and I love helping out the sim.

So thanks for the thanks.

We almost did King Richard's Faire in Carver, Massachusetts... but we decided we're too poor this year. Maybe next summer. Did you have fun?
