I should be able to be more active on the board after tomorrow.... hopefully by tomorrow night I'll be all caught up on the goings-on and be able to start posting again... it's been a busy few days for me. Openings usually are. _________________

I feel I should appologize for my recent abscense. My world has been a state of chaos. My boss recently tried to fire me, and resorted to cutting my hours down to 6 a week, so I've been on a mad hunt for work, and have had little interest in much of anything that required creativity. I will try to take the time today to read up on what I've missed and see if I can pick up where I can... _________________

Going to visit and work at my dad's for a few days, so I may be lagging in my response time, but I'll try to check in at the end of each day. _________________

Plans have finalized... I'll most likely be without net access until this coming Sunday, 2009 November 30. _________________

Although it's a brief absense, thought I would point out that I will be gone starting about 5pm mountain time 12-4 (friday) and won't be back until Saturday afternoon at the earliest, maybe not till Sunday. _________________

Okay, my mother passed away yesterday, and as the oldest son, I will be making most of the arraingements. I will not be on for the next two days for sure, and likely longer.
My characters on the Hartington and Challenger can easily be worked around and I'll just jump in and catch up when I can.
The Guardian has two options, just put everything on hold, or move on without me for now. I planned on Marek returning to the ship next post, and he was going to be emotionally upset, he can put himself out of command for awhile or we can wait up to you guys. I had no major plans for awhile, I expected the ship and freighter to make it to Panthenal and spend at least a week there, so that could happen with Talbert in command easily and you guys can have some secondary story lines.
Anyway thanks in advance, I know there will be lots of support from you guys. and I probably won't post again till I'm back so I will be interested to see where things go.

We're very sorry for your loss. Of course, I for one will hold off anything with those simms until you feel able or have opportunity to return.
Please know our hearts here in Ohio are with your family, and we wish you the best in a bad situation.

Colin,
I feel deeply for you and for your loss. Take as much time as you need to take. Remember that you have friends here and we will still be here for you when you return. I wish you and your family the best as you struggle through this difficult time. Until we see you again.

I would like to tentatively claim I am back, the funeral is over and now it's just executor of the estate stuff, so should be on more often. Thank you for all of your support. _________________

Hullo all.....well, Christmas is now one week away. Here at Vance Street we are busier than ever organizing carollers, cloggers (dancers who come with clogs on), and the various holiday parties that happen. It's keeping us busy each day and some nights. I apologize in advance if there is a day or so delay in getting together from my end, it's just unavoidable.
In the same vein, it is fun and we usually get to benefit (by about 10 pounds worth) from all the holiday sharing! We hope you are all having fun and not letting the stress get to you too much!
Merry Christmas from Romulus..... _________________

The Holiday is going to slow me down too. I've tried to keep as current as I can but now that we're pretty much done with the Involuntary Muscle storyline (wrapping it up over the next post or three) we'll hold off on starting up the next major story post until after the first of the year. Challenger is going to get going around the same time (I mean it this time!) I hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday. See you all on the other side! _________________
