Although it won't happen IC for a bit, I wanted to formally announce the promotion of Ensign Mehvra-Kuplo to the Rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and to the post of Chief Engineer of the Guardian. Congratulations and thank you for your dedication and improvement as a new simmer. It's hard to believe you were in the Academy stage a few months ago!
