At this moment the turbolift doors opened, and Ando gingerly stepped onto the bridge. Having caught the gist of the status report, he speaks,
"What is the condition of the cloaking device, Decker?" The engineer looks up, seeing his best friend back on his feet putting a quick smile on his face.

"Cloaking device functioning within normal parameters, sir."

Ando glanced at Smith, his face a mask, "Then Chief, I suggest we activate the cloak and make best speed to DS27. There's a time to fight and a time to make a strategic retreat, and I think this time the latter would be the most prudent."

ACTION

The Archer makes it's way back to DS27 unharmed and unmolested. As they near the station, they drop cloak.

Ando sat in the command chair, wondering if he made the correct decision or not. If the Federation had been at war with the Tal'Harton, it would have been an easy decision, but this aggressive stance that the Tal'Harton have taken without any real provocation makes things much more difficult. Appearing weak would likely only make things worse, but attacking every chance you get doesn't help matters either.
