Sounds like our fourth hosts would have gotten along great. My fourth host used to hang out in Klingon bars drinking bloodwine.

*laughs* To be brutally honest Lieutenant you've caught me in a bit of a bluff. I may have Evijan's memories, but not his constitution. I can't hold my liquor for the life of me... But I have been told I'm quite fun after a sip or two. That counts for something.

*in medical, shaking my head*
good thing I'm getting some notice to prepare for this. Just got transferred and I'm gonna have to sober up the XO, Operations officer and Tactical Officer. I wonder If the entire mission will be this..... interesting.

I can only hope

Commander, I think we're gonna have to get the Doc in on this one if we want to have fun.

Come on Doc...just one Romulan Ale with us...and help me finish this barrel of bloodwine. It's a 2309, very young and sweet.

well, not quite doc yet... Science was my first passion, medical my second. As of now my official title is... nurse.
Besides, all the studying didn't leave much time for... drinking... I'm afraid I may be a bit... a bit of an amateur, to put it nicely

Is this what ALL ships are like? my only real experience has been on a space station. It seems like a much different experience.

Not really. We're all just a bunch of misfits.

And I couldn't let the Commander think I would let her win in a drinking contest just cause she's the XO.

I'll have to get a "rankless" poker game together in my quarters one time and break out the bloodwine and scotch. It'll be a good time!

now poker (and general games of odds and statistics) I AM familiar with. As long as I stay away from the booze I think you'd have yourself a bit of a challenge.
You prefer the antique games over the more modern ones?

I like poker as an icebreaker. Tongo can also be fun, but it's a lot harder to teach then poker. I've found that everyone can play poker with a little time.

And staying away from the booze is not half as much fun.

I personally have an affinity to Kal-toh. It is most definately one of the most intellectually stimulating games I have come across.

I have yet to find someone interested in tongo, so I fear I may not be much sport. Although the game does sound intriguing
