In RL she was the operator of the Babbage Analytical Engine. It's "programmer" for lack of a better term.

Mehv is right!

Ada Lovelace is widely considered the first programmer. She worked with Charles Babbage. She also was the first to consider that "computers" could be used for more then just number crunching. 300 internets for this one because it was so loosely based on Trek.

Current Scores:
Uvek - 250
Cap'n - 550
Mrs. Cap'n - 150
Marek - 250
Ted Smith - 100
Mr. Drake - 250
Mehv - 300

It always seemed to work that way for me when we played monopoly. Hey! I was playing realistically! In reality, the baker would receive interest! It's their own damn fault! They should have let me play the shoe! I AM THE SHOE!!!!

So in your monopoly games the banks worked the same way they did in real life...with greedy execs siphoning money and the bank eventually failing. I think this may be the first case of TARP in monopoly.

As for the shoe..its all yours. Im a tophat.

This is an easy one, so its only worth 50 points

Ok...you get 100 points for the awesome Abbot and Costello reference.

That's right..you make me laugh and I give you points. Don't like it? Complain to the Rule Keeper. His name is Andrew.

Ok, serious question time:

How many rules of acquisition were there by the 24th century?

Bonus: 10 points per rule you can provide the number and text for

Current Scores:
Uvek - 250
Cap'n - 550
Mrs. Cap'n - 150
Marekcroft - 400
Ted Smith - 100

Yes, and it was great!... Until the bastards regulated me. *sulk* I asked for a bailout, but they were under some weird impression that I was going to buy boardwalk with it.

285 canonical rules.

At least 299 if you were to believe Neelix in the Voyager episode False Profits.
