Actor Andy Milder played in a few episodes of various Star Trek series including the Bolian Engineer Boq'ta in the Season Five Deep Space Nine episode Empok Nor and the Hierarchy Nar in the Season Seven Voyager episode Renaissance Man. He also played in a niche game using the Half Life 2 engine based off of a White Wolf RPG.

Go ahead, watch the episodes, hear his voice... maybe it'll spark your memory if you've played the game.

You gave the game away right off the bat. Its gotta be Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

As for characters...the only one I can remember was LaCroix and since I know you to not be a complete sadist..it would have to be a memorable character. So Im gonna guess he was LaCroix.
