Hey I know this might sound a little nitpicky, but my new yet to be introduced Bajoran science officer is named Brin Vek. Which for a Bajoran means his first name is Vek, and surname is Brin. Unfortunately that doesn't translate well when filling out an online application, I put the first name in the first name spot and the surname in the last name spot. We don't necessarily need to change anything on the signatures or anything, but for canon sake, when I reference his full name it will be Brin Vek, and he of course would be called Chief Petty Officer Brin (or just Chief Brin would work I think) when addressed. Just a little clarification (I did a lot of research to pick an authentic Bajoran name and want to do it justice you know?)
Thanks! _________________

You are correct sir. Proper address of a Chief Petty Officer is Chief. Or Chief Brin. The full length address is reserved for official functions such as Award Ceremonies, Court Martial, Being introduced at a Diplomatic Function, etc _________________
