Marek, just wondering, what officers do you need?
I may like to submit an application for one aboard the Guardian , but i am undecided . . .

I cant speak for him, but I can tell you how to look at open positions. If you go the the guardian's site (http://taskforcegamma.com/guardian/) and then click the Personnel link at the top and then click Toggle — Open Positions, it'll show what positions are open..which at the moment are a lot.

I know that Commander Qech was applying to be CMO and I just put in a app to be Chief Security/Tac Officer.

I know that Captain Marek and I were going to offer the CSEC post to Mr. Koester, give him the chance to have some leadership if he likes it.

I also know that Ensigns Kuplo and Walters are being transferred to Guardian as well as Engineers I think, but they may be junior officers.

McTavish mentioned something about Sciences in this thread.

I think that leaves the following open:

Chief Flight Control
Chief Engineer
Chief Counselor
Chief Diplomatic Officer
Chief Intelligence Officer (if the Captain wants one)

And assistants in every department except Engineering.

As well as a Zeth character for the USS Harrington, I'm cooking up a Lurwab (singular noun of the Ab-Loraben Lorabyn species) one.

I have thought of making him be an assistant (not a Cadet, but an Ensign or similar - have to check the ranks for Counselling) to the Chief Counselor of the Guardian; being members of the Federation since so recent a date, I don't think one of them would be asigned to any ship as a Chief Counselor. However, if the Captain agrees, e could be Chief Counselor. It would be interesting, indeed.

That way, anyone interested in playing a Loraby (and helping me explore my own creation) will have three 'signature' characters, one from each species, as an example.

Just to add my two cents, that list looks complete. I should have time check the SMS around 12:30 mountain. Sorry bout the Tactical Mr. Calodan, but if you have a gruff Engineer in you, I think that would be right up your alley. (maybe not the gruff part but you get the drift)

I have a base character for the position, called Redoal Shimar, i hope it will be gd!
