ATTENTION TO ORDERS!

Cadet Second Class T'Cor, Cadet Fourth Class Azmay step forward.

For your service to this ship and your continued demonstration of knowledge, I use my authority as Commanding Officer of the USS Hartington to raise you both in rank to Cadet First Class and Cadet Third Class respectively with all the rights and privileges there of.

This brings you both one step closer to your commissioning as Starfleet Officers. Wear the rank well and continue doing your jobs.
