Chimes rang out on the captain's door. Kyle stood nervously pulling on his blue tunic. Despite the environmental controls he was sweating. Not yet sure of what to expect in starship duty, he was nonetheless a lieutenant and had all ready given orders to others. He wondered what orders would be given to him?

He ran his hand through his blonde hair, ostensibly to straighten out the natural curls into some sense of order, while giving them something to do.
