I believe Tom mentioned something about the station coming online when the Hartington finished its current storyline, but don't quote me on that.

You know, I can't look at the name Dana without thinking of my Grandmother's best friend's dog. Her name is Dana, and ironically, her owner's name is Lillian.

Yeah, sorry if I am confusing people, I'm kind stuck until we get our ducks in a row. I have a few more things to do that still kinda count as Guardian storyline then it kicks to DS27 so I'm stretching things out a bit.
