The Guardian has left planet Freika and has returned to our previous survey mission. Using Myosian star charts we are headed to a nearby star system that they call Letara. Letara IV is class M, and has a series of rings with unknown electro-magnetic properties. *A clink of china as the recording pauses* I hope the simple survey mission will give the crew a much needed chance to return to routine, as the last month has been one of difficulty. I will also welcome a chance to return to a more exploratory mission, as lately our interactions with local races has been more aggressive in nature, not at all becoming of a Federation starship. End log.
