So, I know we have had a lot of busy people with IRL stuff going on, but I have a question. How long should I give people to post before I move the story along? I have been giving it one to two days as a general rule so far, but I don't want to keep skipping over opportunities for people to post. I understand that people have to put their real lives first, but I tried to leave things open a bit for while I was gone, and I think on the Guardian there was three or four posts. If everyone likes me just feeding out storylines that's fine, but I am more than willing to take suggestions, or even have curve balls thrown into a storyline that I had planned out. I enjoy a good plot twist as much as the next guy. Anyway, I just want to make sure I'm not taking the fun out of this for anyone, I know it is a welcome diversion for me, and as someone who would like to be an author someday, it is excellent practice. _________________

Well, speaking as someone who isn't crew yet, I can't comment on what you've done in the past, only on what I like to see.
Firstly, I think a couple of days is plently of time to wait to move the story along. If you wait too much longer it's going to make the story lag. Especially if people aren't posting because they don't know what to say at a particular part of the story. So I think what you're doing already is probably fine.
Secondly, I'm glad you like input and curveballs. I'll have to make sure to give you some. Seriously, though, I think it can really spice up a story sometimes when something no one saw coming happens. So it's good to know you're the flexible type of Storyteller.
Looking forward to it! _________________
