While my work at the Academy had been rewarding, I look forward to contributing more actively to the goals of the Federation." *A zipper closes* "I will miss my students, but I must admit, it will be... " a long pause "fascinating to be addressed as Captain Marek." another pause "I will be traveling by shuttlecraft to my new assignment, I have been told by Captain McTavish that my new executive officer "will loosen me up" as she stated. My years in Starfleet has taught me to understand sarcasm, I expect that regulations will not mean much to my first officer." another pause "Something else I have learned in starfleet that was not taught on Vulcan, rules are sometimes made to be broken.
