Despite Uvek's background, thus far revealed, he has not killed a human. In reviewing the stories there is a Klingon, some Andorians, even a Romulan. But, no humans.

2331 - born
2349 - joins Romulan Fleet
2356 - recruited into Tal Shiar

Curious, considering the bulk of his work from approximately 2361 - 2369 was in the Federation, along with some peripheral work from 2374 - present. Of course, the rest is classified, Eyes Only.

Just thought that was worth mentioning.
