Shortly after Rolen had been brought aboard the Hartington:

Byron sat, slightly reclined, a soft breeze on his face. The sun was high and bright. A few light clouds drifted slowly across the sky. Byron watched as a small flock of birds sailed north east. The hills of Kendra Valley rolled out beyond vision. The ground was warm, and Byron traced his fingers over the grass.

"Someday I will see this first hand..."

Byron shakes his head softly.

"Computer, End Program."

As the scenery fades to the familiar sites of the Holodeck, Byron, under his breath, says:

"It's time to get back to work"
